Clara Haneul Yoon — Violin
Clara is a violinist, lecturer, and researcher who studied at The Juilliard School and Columbia University. She has performed at venues including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Royal Albert Hall, and her playing has been praised by New York Magazine and Seoul Culture & Arts Magazine.
Her research explores stereotypes in music and how our assumptions about genres, performers, and musical styles shape the way we listen. This curiosity also informs Good Company’s programming. What do we hear differently when music appears in a new context? And what unexpected connections might we discover along the way?

Offstage and on tour, the duo’s routine relies on their mutual necessity for strong espresso, sourdough, a shared love of dogs (check out Drew’s Sheepadoodle Coco here!) and horror films, with their mandatory tradition of pre-performance bananas.
